The Israeli idea of a summer camp features such wholesome activities such as attending Levaya's, throwing rocks at the police, and lighting fires in Kikar Shabbos. The "sleep-away" part usually occurs at the Russian Compound. Thus the idea that most "camps" would be English Speaking

Camp adirim in yerushalayim is a great english speaking american style day camp.
