Looking for a dishwasher - no frills but works.
Home Depot vs Costco?
Any thoughts?

My wife wears frills sometimes, works either way quite frankly.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've found Kitchenaid to be the best. I've tried GE Profile, and Frigidaire Professional. I can't remember the model number of the one I had but it was awesome.

Bump (worth it just to see Dan's line about his wife :D )
Looking to spend $300 - $500 but would really prefer to make a smart investment but save money.
Any recommendations?

+1, though I've only ever had one :D

We got this model from Town Appliance, which probably doesn't help you, since it's in Lakewood (we ordered by phone, but they deliver to NYC for free). It was $625, less $150 in rebates. We're very happy with it so far, but it's only been a year, so I can't really comment on reliability.
