Once in the air, I was served a hearty meal from Stogel caterers from Belgium, I was very pleased to finally have some good airplane food. The coconut chicken nuggets were delicious & the simple white rice & cooked string green beans were a perfect compliment. Its a shame that with a country so big as the USA & with so many kosher resources the airlines cant get the ex USA departure meals right.
This is the first time I've ever heard good and Stogel mentioned together
I was there last year, U just now reminded me the great time we had there, we did <ll the same stuff and stayed at this hotel, the only difference is that we did it from Israel. missing it
Nice job!! Just a few questions1) you did not have a halb tax?2) which camera did you use?3) why didn't you do other areas as well?
Haha, true, although I had the feeling they had improved a bit. Thanks for the nicely documented trip report!

Next time...it gives you 50% off on transportation and attractions. I'm surprised your relatives didn't tell you about it.
A "HalbTax" pass is a card that costs a little bit i.e. $50 for 30 days, it is designated for tourists, and with it you get 50% off (in Switzerland of course) on all public transportation i.e. trains, buses, trams, boats, and also on most major attractions. There are many kinds of Halbtax cards. As i mentioned in my Swiss TR, I had a pass that costed $350. And had 7 unlimited days (on transportation. Attractions i got for 50% off) + all other days (up to 30 days) I got 50% off. Here is a direct link to SBB Halbtax on EnglishHere is a direct link to a different website that sells it (on dutch)P.S. there are many websites that sell it and many kinds of passes, those were the 2 first sites to come up on Google.
Will know hopefully for next year
