Which credit card is best for bonus points mile if we do a lot of shipping?

We spend over $100k annually shipping via a shipping site called Easy Post. Which card would get us the most back? I know Simply Cash Business Card from Amex offers 3% back on shipping. Are there any better ones out there?

I value points at an avg of $0.015 a mile (amex, chase ur, etc) so I'm looking to maximize on either cash back or miles/points.

How do I change the category I receive the 3× on? Mines was automatically selected to be teavel, I think I would rather change to gas.
