Has Dan posted the reason chase gave? Wouldn't be surprised if they did an analysis of referral profitability and found dans to be subpar

Interesting way of looking at it, but from what I understand from my research, the relationship between banks and their affiliates is complicated and highly unpredictable, so you never know, in a few weeks Dan could get it back. He has lost amex in the past and got them back.

AMEX was new compliance regulations. This was a business decision.
