AMEX was new compliance regulations. This was a business decision.
C'est le via, gam zeh l'tova.
You still can via the CC banners on DDMS :)
I just clicked on the link you made before taking it off and realized you probably didn't mean to link comedy central  ;D
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

DDF automatically links what you write, so CC.com becomes what you clicked on even though it was just an intended abbreviation.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

So you are saying that whether chase comes back or not is up to you?

This was a business decision.
Can a take a wild guess and say you were bringing in too much business? I hope they didn’t say “not used as intended”.

Wonder if the same happened to Miles to Memories... Below is what is on his site:

Miles to Memories does not have a direct relationship with the card issuing bank and this post does not include any affiliate links. If you wish to support the site, you can apply for cards by clicking the CreditCards.com banner on the right sidebar or clicking through from our credit cards page.

Don't think so. Creditcards.com will take over for now. It is a fraction of a fraction but still something.
I guess I'll have to multiply my apps by a multiplication of a multiplication then... Hope everyone else can too...

I dont know about m2m but several blogs dont use affiliate links at all.

By not using affiliate links it gives them more freedom in what they can publish.

It seems that Lucky still has active links. So not all bloggers were affected?

So all those people advertising you should apply through them, what do they have out of it if not affiliate links? Unless they'll also stop chase now.

I can't pretend to know how this stuff goes, but it seems that Chase makes decisions based on what's best for their business and pulling alot of links, not singling out one particular blogger.

Maybe they finally started to look at long metric profitability instead of short metric widgets. Welcome to the modern age, chase!

I personally don't think that this is necessarily true. Of course there are abusers. A lot. But a lot of people just browse the site for good deals and when they look for a good credit card they just hop on to dansdeals and see which credit card is good for them. And when Dan promotes the UA MP card... they just apply for it and sometimes end up using that card for the rest of their life...

Personally, wouldn't it be dansdeals I would still use my first capital one card. And i do swipe a lot these days. So of course a lot of people here just open up CC for the sign up bonuses, but these people will apply for CC anyway, and even they, end up using these cards and as i said above a lot of people come here just to pick a good credit card and thats what they lost once

Disagree but admittedly just based on speculation.
