I agree that while we still feel very safe as a whole and can't imagine things occurring like they once did we should be aware that anything is possible at any moment and that while things are still safe in general the rise of anti Semitism is nothing to ignore.

I don't know that I would word it like that.   The world SHOULDN'T have to come far to treat anyone right.

Now being Jews I do find it amazing how "good" we have it. And make no mistake, we do.

But there is plenty of anti Semitism in the world.  Sometimes it's loud and sometimes not. But it's there. And we'd be silly to not be aware of it.

The same way black people have "come so far". Meanwhile there are still plenty of racists walking this earth. And the struggle and hatred is still there.

Completely agreed.  The world has come far and we should appreciate it.  There is definitely still anti-semitism and there always will be, just like there is anti-everythingism.  That's just human nature.  The world will not be perfect.  We should always be vigilant and fight against hatred and ignorance and that includes the "everyone hates us" canard that some of our own people believe.

If what you were saying were true then your point would be valid however there is much more hate toward Jews, why is it that only the US and maybe one or two other countries stood up against a UN resolution against Israel for war crimes while in fact Israel was just defending it's country from the real war criminals?
