Virgin America award flights
« on: January 25, 2015, 11:13:17 PM »
It seems you can transfer UR or SPG to Virgin Atlantic. Is there a way to book Virgin America flights with those points? It doesn't seem possible online.
Krisflyer also seems to be partners with Virgin America, but can't book those online either.
Which one works? Is preferred?

Intra-europe, and Delta if you can find low level availability.

How would you transfer Chase UR to Virgin America?

Sorry if this wasn't clear, but you can't actually transfer UR to Virgin America. What you'd do is first call Virgin Atlantic and check to see availability for the award flight you're looking to book on Virgin America. Once they confirm availability you could transfer UR to Virgin Altantic. They usually will hold your reservation for 24 hours, but transfers should be instant in any case.

What are the intra-Africa rates? They don't publish that on their website.

Anyone know the rate for JFK to FLL on Virgin America using VA miles? Coach / First. It is not listed on their chart, which is from a few years ago.

I just booked an award flight on Virgin America using their own points. They're a real pain to deal with. I was told you can't make any changes to award bookings. I'd need to cancel and then rebook.
Hey there! I am using DansDeals Forums.

Confirmed with them must be 3 days before. Because it can take up to 72 hours for them to have it ticketed.
