What/where is the best rate (heimish?) for a new customer? 4G and 3G

I got lucky and got hooked up with a Sero Premium plan for $40 and an Android phone. The same plan is $69.99 for regular customers.

Yes $69 ED includes AMAT as does my Sero P plan for $40.

Looks good, but TOL (Transfer Of Liability) + conversion to SERO-P will probably result in those extras (6pm N&W and S2H) falling off.

EPRP, if you can get it, but it's not much cheaper than FamED plans, and it'll probably have a $10 PD surcharge come 1/30.

There is a way to go about getting it without buying it on Ebay. Not sure it will work for everyone but it worked for me. Requires an inept rep though.
