Reserved a luxury car from JFK. When I got there, there were no luxury cars in the lot at all, except for an Escalade that they claimed wasn't working properly. The manager offered to bring in a car from Enterprise. I ended up taking out a Tahoe. Two questions.
1) If the Escalade had engine problems, would they actually put it in the customer parking lot, or were they lying to me?
2) Any use putting in a complaint that I didn't get a luxury car which I reserved?
