Im having issues finding availability to do OW from US to Canada and back for a minivan. Any issues or DP doing a same return rental, and calling CS to change destination location upon pickup? Or just return it in USA/Canada?

I have Executive Elite. Booking a mid size car at Bozeman airport & I get a message that if I need a 7 pass car I should book that car because of high demand. Is it possible I’ll show up & I won’t be able to get any 7 pass as an executive elite?

Right now getting a price of $450 for 4 days. Any coupons or suggestions for better rates appreciated

Definitely possible. Happened to me a couple of times this summer already. Would recommend booking the class you need.

very possible. In some locations at some times of the year, almost certain.
In BOS last week of August through the first week of Sept you can't get a 7 passenger vehicle unless it's reserved well in advance

if they're really tight, they'll keep the keys in the booth. You can keep the reservation and cancel it after you get into the car , before you checkout. If you're using emerald checkout on your phone, it's even easier

7 pass in my wife’s name in case option 1 & 2 didn’t work

When renting with corporate codes they come with CDW included. In the past I always assumed if anything happened my cc would cover. But I’ve heard stories of ppl who rented with codes & after being in accident they had to cover the damage on their own because they couldn’t prove their association with corporate code. I have a lot of questions on these stories mainly why wouldn’t my cc cover if the insurance from the rental company is voided due to misusing corporate code. Regardless anybody ever hear of something like this?

CC wont cover per their terms that you have to decline CDW at time of rental. Its irrelevant to them if rental company wont pull through with their insurance ,bottom line is You rented with cdw so theyre off the hook
