Hi, I'm an Emerald club member and I can get an intermediate SUV for 219 in FLL by Enterprise or Emerald Aisle by National for 229 (intermediate SUV is 372), which one should I take? Meaning, is it likely for me to be able to get an SUV in the Emerald Aisle? Is it worth the extra $10? I am 23 and most likely wouldn't want to drive a full size SUV.
Thanks! Enterprise is actually $10 cheaper. Was just wondering if there are any other benefits for renting at National.
Yes. National has the nicer cars and better customer service. And if you would want to pay for an upgrade, National is cheaper per day for that upgrade.
Check out the thread on FT that updates the cars at national Fll. Seems to be pretty well stocked normally..Also, I'd imagine the rate you have at enterprise is not pre-paid..? Then you can check out the national lot to see what they have, its nearby.
If I have two free day coupons saved in my account, can I apply it to the rental when I return the car? I would do that so that my credit card would cover the rental if something were to happen. Its a 4 day rental.
IINM, CC will cover even if you apply the free days when making the reservation, as long as you pay all the charges (the other days, tax, etc.) with the CC.
returned a car to LGA the other night, The aisle was packed with SUV's (lots of rogues, Jeeps, and Honda), a few 300C's, and I even saw a Lexus there. Guess they give nicer cars around the holidays.
I got an email that some terms and conditions are changing. Anyone know what exactly is changing and if it's relevant?
