Realistically, as you may know ,there are codes out there which can be used here and there, for him and shim to move on to get much better rates, and far off from their quoted online suggest cost.

Realistically speaking, national price will be $900-$1300, or more, depending on which code you use. Figure at least $2000 for 2 months even with the best codes available.

Ime mid size and full size are the same price if you have aisle option.
