Arrived with reservation at yyz - no cars available for more than half an hour.
Entire parking lot was completely empty and at least 10 people waiting.
I ended up taking a taxi home and not renting.
Was planning on using free day coupons which expire tomorrow - any ideas for compensation
Should I ask to extend the coupon expiration and taxi reimbursement?
More? Less?

Had big issues with Honeywell in yul earlier this week. The guy said he already had 3 people earlier that day that admitted that they didn't really work for honeywell. He was giving some nasty attitude but he backed down when I stuck to my story. Still had to change the reservation though.

The booth agent? Why would you need to change your reservation if you stuck with your story?

From what I understand, they aren't extremely strict on all codes, but they are with Honeywell.

I need a SUV for a few days. Am a Executive member and the cheapest midsize in the tri state is LGA.

What time do they refill their car lot? I once came at 1 AM and theu said they are getting their new car shipment in the morning. Anybody know more details on when they get their new cars for the day?
