I see you got a good hang on these stuff, now to which organization should I become "dedicated" for? Isn't it for employees only? I don't see there its for members too.
Maybe in Phoenix (??) you can get through with any code but here in NYC we are going through tremendous scrutiny.

Second Note, signing up to volunteer for one of those groups is fairly easy to do. Not meaning to do this to get deals, spend a day or two a month at a charity and you earn it.

For you folks playing with codes, make sure you have everything you need online. Your CC, license, status helps, and you will be one and done.

If a code is flagged for any reason; none of those will help you at the gate.

are any of these organizations easy to sign up for as a volunteer just to get an id number or something (like usaa)?

Time to retire that Honeywell code folks, here is a shiny new code for everyone. Let me know what you think.

XZNNABS
it's coming up for me with 0 miles included on a one-way rental for a luxury (cheapest option), any way to change that?

One way rentals on corporate codes is YMMV, it really depends what ur company negotiated.

Always make sure to check ur mileage.
Always praying for delayed baggage.

Not ideal for me. Would rather give a one time donation to earn an ID. Anyone figuring out which charity is doable please share. Thanks.

Hi anyone know the situation with insurance when using a corporate account to rent from national. Would my credit card insurance be enough?

If that code has built in insurance then your CC would not cover.

In LGA they refused to let me use the Honeywell code unless I showed a Honeywell ID. It ended up tripling the price of the reservation. Any ideas on how to argue after the fact to refund some of it. As I needed the car for a short visit and didn't have the time to pull up other codes or rent with another company.

What is there to argue? Either you have a Honeywell ID or you don't. You accepted the terms of the rental, when you drove off the lot after they removed the Honeywell and repriced the car at the going rate.

I had one free day in my account, while checking one way rental  it gave unlimited miles. I converted it to a code and now it shows a charge for mileage for same trip. Is that normal?

i never pay attention that it says that, but  probably just means they are reserving right to readjust if something is messed up in the calculations or maybe the car is damaged. Dont think you need to be concerned.

It means they reserve the right to go back and alter your final total based on a few factors. This can go either way, whether them noticing damage/excessive dirt resulting in additional charges or them overcharging you resulting in a refund.

My guess was tolls and tickets as well.
