I dont know all the details but in order for me to a) get the paper delivered and b) get online access I just filled out my info and submitted it.

it took me like 3 minutes could type in any, letter for name like by or t or cv and use same email just change it a bit like "got@gmail.com" "got@+1gmail.com" etc.

That's what i did. took like 4 minutes. you also then have to wait for the subscription to begin before getting the online access
