Can you buy an Amazon GC with an Amazon GC?
Shipping is free with a purchase over $ 35. I have Prime on my regular account. Will I be able to use GC buying to move the credit to my regular account?

AFAIK, we're not expecting a "credit." Rather, we are expecting a physical gift card in the mail. And that physical GC should be applicable to any Amazon account.
