The end of BlackBerry service in israel

I was just about to order the classic ....
Now it seems that blackberry is gone from israel

Israel - as from today - blackberry canceled all the internet, email, what up etc services in Israel. All the suppliers say that they were instructed by blackberry to cancel all on line service in Israel. Is it true?

Can any one confirm?

Considering that's there's no mention of it on the interwebs or Twitter other that that one forum post, what do you think?

They probably mean BIS service, but software 10 dosent use it anyway, but I cant guarantee, I used my Q10 worlwide without an official "blackberry plan"

Correct but I need to know if anyone's bis/bes is working on the older BlackBerry's
