I put a notification on 2 chase cards before going to target and they were both declined.

I ended up spending at least a half an hour on the phone with a Rep. trying to get the charge through.

I called Barclay to let them know I was putting 1k on a Target for that day, they wrote in their note it would only be that day and it went through without any problems. I have since gone back and loaded 1k 3 more times without calling and its gone through fine. Same with the Amex, after approving the fraud notification from the $500 initial redcard load, I've loaded 1k a few times without any problems or needing to call them.

Did a 27k charge with BOA. Then a 5.60 fee for an Avios ticket and the card gets locked. Can't put anything past their system.  ::)
I just found a new supply of forks!

Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

The rep. told me she cleared it. I went to swipe again and it was declined. X3
