hmmm... I got 3 welcome emails from Marriott, but none of them include a rewards #. Maybe I got something in the mail, I will have to go check.
I think you can call chase and have them look it up for you.

How do you log in once you have the number?

Great question, one step at a time

Well, depending on how you deal with the password issue, you may be able to log in with your email...

It probably won't be connected to his email yet.

Well if he got an email...and the need to put some email on the new account...theres gotta be something. The question is, is it chase or Marriott that you turn to.

I doubt he'd be able to log in with his email right now, he probably has to call marriot and gave them set up his online account but I've never had to deal with this do I really don't know. I should probably stop talking

Yea you.
To flatter me but I would definitely not consider myself an expert here. Maybe to the average layperson but not around these parts.

Marriott? Or Chase?
Marriott, give them the number and ask to set up password. (No personal experience with marriott, but that's how i did it with united)

I spoke to Marriott. In case this helps anyone in the future, you can actually do this online. Go to Marriott.com, hover over Sign In, and click Create Online Account. There you'll be able to fill in your rewards # and create the account.
