Had this code & passed in on to someone who claimed that he is being charged underage, & I was lazy to double check.
So National does NOT charge with Jewish Com but Enterprise DOES charge with the Chabad code.

ETA > Jewish Com removes underage by Enterprise as well

i use it all the time and never get charged

Does anyone know how to rent a car in Switzerland, for a 21 year old, without the underage fee? Id prefer from hertz if possible.

Don't think it's possible from what I researched a few years ago. I do remember the Budget (not Avis!) did not charge an underage fee for a 24 year old.

Obviously, double check everything.

Also, keep in mind that there are speed cameras and red light cameras everywhere, and the fines are very high.
