Citi Double Cash Card
« on: February 11, 2015, 10:41:10 AM »
I need a good cash back/rewards card for my small business. Is this Citi Double Cash Card good? I don't mind if it's a personal card and I use it for my business, however would I do better paying a small yearly fee for a card and getting better benefits? I can't be busy cancelling cards and opening up new ones.

I bought something overseas on this card ($500+) and it turns out the item is fake (I know, I know) and I want to dispute the charge.

I tried and they told me that I need to try to return the item before I can continue with the dispute and I explained that I don't really have any way of returning it since the merchant is in a different country.

They offered me a chance to do a goodwill credit but they said if it's denied then the dispute will be considered closed.

So, should I take a chance with the goodwill credit or HUCA?

Thanks!
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Sounds weird why cant they try goodwill if that doesn't work then process the dispute. Why would this be a one chance thing?

They ended up letting me open the dispute and it was denied although they said "they tried their best"  ::) ::) ::)

Do I have any other options?

Got that for Premier. Would it work also for PayPal bill pay?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

You mean using a CC for BP, no.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half
