also got it. called in to speak to a manager about it. apparently they are being pretty strict on this one. Looks like I'm gonna lose this one.

I just got a call and cancellation email from booking.com

I also booked with Priceline.

Told her I was gonna blow of there twitter with this outrageousness.

This is weird. Even though I got the cancellation email from booking.com on Friday night my reservation is still in my priceline account under upcoming trips as it was before the email. Does it still mean that it is cancelled or if I bring my priceline confirmation email to the hotel will they still except it?

Is there any law requiring them (Priceline/Booking.com) to honor the price, like there is with airlines?

I got no call or email.
Priceline still indicates my reservation for December is active.
But when I searched and found the reservation on the hotel website, using last name and reservation number, it says "cancelled."
