Probably a YMMV scenario. Have had CSRs in several locations say that and then others a day later just load without a problem.

That's what I would have thought. But I got a little slip of paper saying 'sorry your transaction cannot be completed please call the number on the back of the card'

I just got off the phone with them and they said my card wasn't activated. Thank gd I saved my receipts it's a long process....
