Target prepaid card is dying master thread

I went to target Atlantic mall, and the cashiers called the manager who told me limit is 1000 per in one transaction per day, and only one card allowed.
Basically made up her own rules.
And when i went to guest services desk, they told me no more cc, and not even debit guft cards.
Anyways, anyone know a way around this new policy?
Here in NYC.

Just reloaded at Monsey Target a week ago. Never had a problem.
Has anyone reported problems with the Target in Monsey?

Not yet, reports are that it still worked today,
but all your Brooklyn peoples... DO NOT GO TO MONSEY, the CS reps started looking at ID's and if you have a Brooklyn RC they tell you you can olny load in BK

I forgot, Bergen Mall too. Just go away from the ones that have worked so well for me and we'll be ok.

Maybe we should call the number on the back of the card and ask when cc load will die. Or demand that the manager at junction or Atlantic be fired because they are making up policies that aren't in the T&C's.

But that won't save it. IF we don't give it CPR it will die.

Sure, if there's an alternative to getting that amount of points with no charge.

The damage is done. Target knows about loading with cc. Even if everyone switches to only load with gift cards, they'll still change the policy. Besides, who says they'll require name on the debit cards? Maybe we just won't be allowed to load with cc.
