You have no way to know if some machine is keeping that person alive. Maybe there is a higher power involved?

There are definitely situations where you can pull the plug. Brain Death = Death for halacha, however most times there is some brain activity and it gets complicated. But IINM, with TRUE brain death, there is no recovery, and you are allowed to pul the plug.
Based on that RC is at best on life support with significant brain activity. Some might argue that in fact that is not even RC in the hospital, but a figment of someone's imagination, while the real RC is running around outside. Somewhat asthmatic or out of breath perhaps, but definitely alive and not under constant medical supervision.

If it makes u feel better...the sky is still falling. I couldnt load anywhere today. So its obviously not working anymore. The fact that i didnt go to target or try to go is not really relevant. The bottom line is that i couldnt load today so its dead.

Does that work?

4/1 they are going to cash only on all PP cards. Memo will be available to the general public on Monday. I posted here because no one will believe it until Monday rolls along.

So my wife was just told in the Paramus Target that they can't take credit card for loads anymore. Only cash or debit card. The lady at customer service said it's a new policy. I've never gone to the Paramus target before to load so I'm not sure if this is legit or not. But it's certainly a bad sign.
