I guess not. Maybe since most of us here on conservative leaning it did not take off like the non-partisan discussions have.

What does a scientific discussion have to do with a person's political leaning? I'm usually politically conservative and I believe climate change is taking place (heck I've seen it take place...)

Sounds like a scientific question to me. What's politics got to do with it?

A political question would be whether the government should make regulations about it or not...

Well being that I have lived on this planet for some time I have noticed that the issue has become highly politicized with the conservatives usually falling into the climate denial group. I was just asking why that was...

Then you also seen how the D's reframed the issue once they all but lost the global warming issue.
To answer your question it would take many new regulations to fix the problem as the D's see it. R's are against new regulations.

In the 70's it was global cooling, then it was global warming, now it's climate change. Not saying one side or the other, jsut saying how they labels have changed.
