Looking to pay about $100 for a used unlocked GSM phone. Only requirements (other than being in great condition) are 4GLTE, large screen size, and at least 16GB internal storage.

I see it for $99 on walmart.com (prepaid), and for $150-$160 on ebay.com and elsewhere (unlocked). Is there more than one version? Or are they selling the same phone, just that the latter is unlocked so it's more expensive?

Bestbuy has it on sale often for 80 but 10p is good too. You can unlock it yourself for free on att website right when you get it. Just don't activate any service until it's unlocked.
U gave a few requirements but now you are asking about quality ...imo, it's a good phone at that price point

I got that phone, thanks for the recommendation. Just tried unlocking on their website - it says that I need to wait 2 business days for processing. Does it really take that long?

Family Mobile. Will they give me any problem about not having GoPhone service activated for 6 months (like they say is required)? I did not put in my SIM yet for that reason...

When u went to the att site to unlock, which option did you choose?.
The correct one is that you are not an att customer and it's worked for me a few times. U will get the code within 2 days.
