I am posting this note on every forum where people may be exposed to these scam artists. Please do not do business with them.
I just had the worst experience with Justfly.com. I booked a business trip through JustFly.com. This business class trip to Copenhagen was priced at $8308.98, which I paid out off ocket since I work for a small company. I get refunded after I fly. I found out yesterday that the dates for my meeting were changed. I immediately logged in, but it turns out I could not change the dates for my flight through Justfly.com's website. So I called.
Yesterday, I spoke to a person from justfly.com who told me that the changes in timing were possible, but that there was an issue with the booking system and that I needed to call back the next day. When I called this morning, Christine 'helped' me. I was not happy with the change fee of $150 they impose. One reason I book business class is that it is no hassle to change the flights and no cost.
Christine said that the flights I had selected for one month later with the previous representative were no longer available. I checked on line with the airline that they could indeed sell me those tickets on that date for virtually the same price, but she said it was impossible.
I then suggested to cancel the flight. Again, this incurred a $150 fee. But what blew my mind is that they claim it takes one to two billing cycles to pay me back. They took my $150 for a cancellation in 10 seconds. I expect all that money to be refunded within 5 business days or Justfly.com can expect legal action.
