Read the rules you idiot >:(. It is not $42 it is $84. You only get 2000 from the first order, you need to make 2 orders to get 5000. Also, I am not sure you can get that special price ($41.95) for the second order, so it may even be more than $100 for 5000 US points.

Member will receive 2,000 bonus award miles with their first wine club shipment, 3,000 bonus award miles with their second wine club shipment and 5 miles for every $1 spent on wine or wine accessories (does not include shipping, shipping surcharges or tax) on all future wine club shipments and orders.
