Is there any benefit to this card over any other and if not is there any way of transferring my credit line to another cc from a different bank/airline?
I simply hate their 7:00pm payment cutoff time and their cold customer service.

Don't put your hopes too high, Barclays is not too good with these things ime. But I plan on trying.

Is this new terms? They forgot to update it to 50k..

Interestingly, the T&Cs mention the 40,000 bonus.

Well just recently recon made me close the downgraded version to get this opened. Could be that was because I wasn't instantly approved...

yes, but it will be system declined due to being flagged as a duplicate application.
call and say it was declined because u have the free one, and you should easily be approved
