How recent was that?

Made a mistake . Got the 50 to 60k end of FEB .

Was denied 2X for 40 to 50k....

Also got the 40k to 50k on  Jan 18 app , got matched around the same time I applied for the Feb card

Checked my online SMs . There were none so must have done it over phone. FWIW I always ask for a SPVR

Never mind, I see that in the benefits. Why would that be worth it at all? $30k spend on this card over others just for a $100 voucher?

Seems to just be a one time $100 off voucher.

Opened recently Aviator in response to 50k offer. Now they are offering 60k. any success in having Barclays match offers? Thanks
Just got matched from 50k to 60k. Offer increased about 2 weeks after I signed up. Sent a simple SM and got letter in the mail today that I would get the extra 10K.

They seem to easily match if it's under 30 days...

I already had an avaitor card open (us air) and applied for another one but got rejected. The rep told me that you automatically get rejected if u apply for same card. She ended up approving me through recon but I didn't know that rule.

I just got messed over because I did not realize the following, which I thought was not true about any mileage related CC, but maybe I'm wrong:

Quote
Yes, earned miles will expire if there is no mileage earning or redeeming activity at least once every 18 months on your AAdvantage® account. Mileage earned from use of the AAdvantage® Aviator™ Red World Elite Mastercard® for at least one purchase every eighteen (18) months qualifies as activity on your AAdvantage® account that will prevent miles from expiring.

If i have this card, are other people book on the same reservation as me also exempt from the restrictions of basic economy?

(I have not found explicit mention of this on the AA or the Barclays websites)

The benefits are attached to the FFN, not the CC.
