The current offer is 50k after first purchase. My offer (2.5 months ago) was 60k after 3k spend

It was the same first purchase and payment of annual fee 2.5 months ago.

I believe you are mistaken and the offer then needed just one purchase too.
Unless you managed to find an offer worse then the public one.

I stand corrected. It was indeeed 60k after first purchase & pay the af. I was looking on my Barclays app and not my AA account. Points did post

SSN
They sent a denial. Called and was on the phone for almost an hour answering questions. They approved me and then transferred me to security. Security wanted front/back of DL and SS card. Also a utility bill. Sent info in (no fax or email). Received another letter my cable bill is not considered a utility bill. Sent in electric bill and waiting now.

When I applied for JB Barclays business card it took me sending in DL, SS card, bills w times and 3 phone calls before I got approved...with 1k credit line

same happened to me, and after sending ss card, drivers license (multiple times, of course the first few were not legible)
they still had the nerve to tell me, that they could not confirm my identity, and there is nothing more for me to do, bye.
