Any updates regarding KSML ex JFK?
Took a flight from TLV-ARN-JFK
  This is what they served, don't know if they serve this both ways?

Dunno if this is relevant, I’ve flown them in Premium, though it’s been a while. IINM: Domestic first seat, good legroom, cr@ppy lounge, priority check in and priority boarding, free 2nd bag, free seat selection, same lousy KSML as in LowFare+ (coach), from the EU the KSML is a bit better but AYLOR about it’s Kashrus.

anything else you want to know?

Anyone know why you can't book TLV - JFK beyond October? They have flights from JFK-TLV though at least January 2019, but no returns

Probably the flight schedule doesn't line up. You can probably book as two one ways or a multi city. For example: TLV-ARN, ARN-JFK but it may be a full day stopover in ARN.

Good Morning;

I hope you are well.

I'd like to thank your company for expanding into undeserved markets and making air travel affordable again. I can personally know several community members that would not have been able to travel if not for Norwegian. Your company has really made a meaningful difference in peoples lives.

On November 9th, 2018 I booked a ticket from SWF to DUB. I thought I was booking a low fare ticket for 109 Euros. I was very happy that I was heading to Dublin so I didn't bother checking my ticket. On November 10th, 2018 I checked my email and noticed that I had a nice and tasty Menu on my itinerary. At that point I was kind of confused as I did not remember ordering a meal. But considering it was on my itinerary I went into my reservation and changed it to a Kosher meal as I only eat Kosher. After doing so, I checked my itinerary and then noticed that I was charged 139 Euro instead of 109 Euro. I am not sure how this happened. I do not recall selecting a meal when I checked out to purchase my ticket. I did find it a bit confusing navigating to the end of the checkout process and it is therefore possible that I "ACCIDENTALLY" selected to include a meal for my flight. It can be evidenced that it was an accident by the fact that a nice and tasty meal was on my itinerary. If in fact, I intended to include a meal, I would have originally selected a Kosher meal. I do not eat anything but kosher.

I decided to call the contact center and explain to them my situation. While the representative was very understanding, he explained that he did not have the ability to refund the 30 Euros charged for the meal. He did advise me to submit my refund request in writing via the online form.

While it is your policy not to refund optional services,  I hope that you will take into consideration that my meal selection was an honest mistake as evidenced above, and  refund the 30 Euros charged as a gesture of good will. I look forward to your response and understanding.

Much Obliged;

Any Norwegian ticket booked through a GDS (the system that TA's use) will come with 2 pieces of checked baggage free seat selection and kosher meals.
Its usually about $60 more (each way), not double the price.

If you book through Expedia it should be the same as a TA, double check with Norwegian after you book (can always cancel within 24 hours) and report back.

Total for each way, compare it yourself on Expedia.

Did you check with Norwegian after you booked? what it says on Expedia means nothing.
