They stay the same (5GB) as long as you signed up before the 4th. Just don't make ANY change to ANY plan or your total price will go up by about $30 a month

So you can't do the whole changing your plan back and forth in the middle of the month anymore. Thanks for the warning
Yeah it's a real killer for me as I used it to change back and forth when I went to canada...

What if I don't have a group plan, just one phone with the $30 plan, and I am planning to travel to Canada for 3 days.
If I upgrade to the $55 plan (in order to have service in Canada) and then downgrade 3 days later, will I be billed $55 for that month or will they prorate the difference between $30 and $55 for 3 days only (which would be about $2.50)?
Thank you.

I haven't done the upgrades and downgrades in a long time as I'm currently in the 5 phone plan 125.00 so no need..I would try to ask them make sure they still allow an upgrade and a downgrade in the same month and they may also be able to tell you if it gets prorated - basically I have no idea..

If you're grandfathered in to their old plans, I wouldn't play around with them anymore.

I have one line for $30 - unlimited calls, texts & 2gb data.
I don't think there is any difference between my plan when I got it (2.5 years ago) and now.

I was only charged $1.67 for the 3 days.
Not sure why so little.
Maybe they prorate by the hour?

15% off Cricket & Verizon prepaid from Kroger
https://giftcards.kroger.com/promotions

Limit 3 per denomination

Offer valid from Jun 12, 2019 to Jun 25, 2019
(They have ended promos early in the past)
Haven't seen better than 15% off so I bought a few
Common sense is not a gift, it is a punishment.
Because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.

I have a question if anyone have more info on this.

I have a line by cricket Wireless, I pay $55 for unlimited high speed internet, though  mobile hotspot is officially not included for this price. (You have to pay additional $10 to add 10GB hotspot I think)
However for some reason my hotspot works unlimited even if I don't pay for it...
No idea why , was thinking maybe its because my phone is an unlocked phone not a cricket phone. But not sure.

Does anyone have any idea if I switch over to AT&T direct, would the hotspot also was work for me without paying additional for it , considering it works with cricket that way ? Does it have to do anything because it's an unlocked phone?

What phone do you have? I'm paying the 10.00 maybe I can invest in a "good" phone.. I have the cheaper plan 25.00 a line 4 or 5 phones..

I need to get a Cricket phone unlocked.
Officially, it needs to be with Cricket for 6 months to get the unlock code.
I was sure that due to the Covid-19 situation they would be more lenient, but they weren't.
Any advice in getting it unlocked?
Thank you.

Similar. Personally, I like cricket a lot better. With H20 I had more dropped calls and also delay before dialing/ringing.

Cricket doesn't have the infamous long at&t wait before dialing and ringing?
