My friend, maybe just download the app and try it. There's nothing clearer then trial. But yes it realizes when I call Israel and tells me it will charge .10 a min and when I call Toronto it doesn't charge. There is a option that it will ask u every time if you don't feel comfortable to trust the app on its own.... Hope this helps.

I try not to abuse it but every few months I run low on data and do this trick it works perfectly if the catch on so they'll catch on but for now that it works why not use it
