"A refund of $XXX.xx has been issued for the $xxx.xx payment you made to Staples Gift Card for "Staples Gift Card Offer: 40% discount on Office Supplies + More!". The money you were charged has been returned"

Just got a refund email from CC for one of my orders. $180

ETA: got it for my other two small orders as well.
I did not sign up for the trail or contact them at all.

Of all companies, I'm kinda shocked that Constant Contact is pretty terrible at communicating with customers.

I just spoke to a rep. It was the real ConCon number btw. She said she knows all about the promo and it can take 3-5 weeks to ship!

They haven't canceled my order. Not sure how to play it.

Why? It's not for actually communicating with customers. It's for getting information out to customers, which they did.
