Pretty much what i did.except that my first order didn't seem to go through so i tried again, then i referred myself twice and a friend.
I used 4 different cc #s all with the same billing address.For email addresses I used three with the catch all @mydomain.com and a fourth gmail.They all stacked into one amazon account.
