Maybe it has more to do with this order than your overall order history. They can't give you $100 every time there's a mistake.

They gave me 50. Not bad.
 I don't alwyas call and ask only when I'm in the mood and judge it to be worth it.
I didn't call with leather but did with mistake before that. Anytime I spend over an hour shopping I feel bad. I knew it was a mistake but I tried. If they didn't give me anything that's life. But you don't get if you don't try.  :)

I don't complain too often as I don't want my account shut down.

Mine were 'preparing for shipment' yesterday. and today they were cancelled. 2 orders of 2 pairs each.
edit: I forgot about my 2 Toms orders.  Just got their cancellation email!
