A theory..
If the transactions are made on the same day/store/cc..
And you send rebate to the same address, (different app) you will have issues,
Any thoughts?

You should be fine as long as you using different name and email address to register for eache rebate.

Different Appartment= different household

I have done this every time that this rebate has been offered and have not had an issue.  But I send my cards to different address and use different email address as well.
