Is there any way to remove an old apple ID from an Apple watch? Was bought on ebay and it always asks for the apple id. I somehow dont think the seller is the 'real' owner

Nope. It's locked to Find my iPhone if that's the case. Return it to the seller or dispute with Credit card company/Ebay
