I believe flights must originate in New York, Boston, Nantucket, The Hamptons but I'm still trying to figure it out...

Cool. Would totally be worth it if you had to fly back and forth between Boston a few times with a few people.
And seems like flights are only between the 4 cities you mentioned above (not originate).

Both sites are "starting at" prices and neither sites offer transparent pricing models for family/business accounts.

I doubt they offer that many free guest passes every month for a $2,000 individual membership.
