Wouldn't that be grounds for a lawsuit?

They are so full of contradictions:
1. At $399 they claim to be cheap, but at that price point they are competing against brands that are trusted to use top quality parts, while they have no reputation at all.
2. They knock on bike shops that sit empty all winter and thus drive up the cost of your bike, yet they pride themselves in using fair factories that don't furlough their employees out-of-season. Doesn't that drive up the cost of their bike?
3. They claim to unbundle the bike so you only pay for what your needs are, at the same time they "throw-in" in-home assembly and maintenance, both of which push up their costs, I'm sure they pass that part on to you with no option for unbundling.

Interesting idea, but I'm not sold.

Does everyone with 99 referrals get a bike? They keep talking about "winner".

If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a rewards and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the rewards may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.

Was wondering as well. But it does state clearly "99 referrals earns 1 free single-speed brilliant bicycle"

The site says something about it showing in increments and not every single signup.

I made over 20 referrals first of all the page always comes back to the same page asking you to enter an email address as if you didn't enter an email address, 2nd it always stays @5 referrals the numbers aren't going up (even though I made it in incognito every email entry), anyone has any experience? thanks in advance!
