This company is a fraud and are trying to get away without giving away a single bike. I got 118 email signups and they refused me saying that 4 bounced back. they gave me 200 off a bike knowing that they needed to give me something bigger than the 100 for 50 emails.

Now i see what else they are doing to try to prevent people from signing up.
Looks like this is gonna be the next sungames thread

If the prize is in the form of a $399 credit what are they making you sign a waiver for? I can understand if they give you the bike but they are giving you a credit towards the purchase.

So they want me to fill out this affidavit.
Would you fill this thing out for a single speed bike?
I'm sure their lawyers are telling them they need that info as they might want to 1099 you - technically they're only required to send if the prize is worth over $600, but if it scares some potential winners off, why not?

I'd say fill out the rest of the form besides that, and tell them that you don't see a need to fill out SSN because they're not obligated to send you a 1099 for that amount of winnings.

They will have all this info other than DOB and SS# when then ship the bike. Can you just leave it blank?

Did they sent this to anyone else that tried to claim the prize or just you?

Everyone got it.

Hey Dan I also won this contest with 124ppl and they send me a bs email saying that I only won $200 in brilliant credit..

Something is wrong with this company they are unprofessional to say the least..

Idk if they'll do anything with you s/s I think they just want to make sure you didn't cheat somehow and some how scare the ppl who did..

Just my guess.
