Don't forget to pick up some dry ice. I got mine from here. Cost $2 a lb. I got 5 lbs and could have just gotten 3.

Contact is there. Call first but can usually pick up any day since they are home based (for now)

They have Thursdays in the afternoon and evening open house so you can just come by without calling or what not. Otherwise just call or email.
