has anyone verified if vs charges the high fuel surcharges if you redeem on co? they have a nice chart for ny-tlv on co, at 70k in coach and 100k in biz. even if they charge $200 extra... that's the equivalent of the 15k miles you save (if you're going with a biz ticket), so it might not be a bad idea to take the card for 50k, and top it off from an mr account.
