They will auto-assume you used the 20% off coupon.

CMIIAW, but you were asking how it works now (prior to April 20). If so, currently they give you back either the lowest price or the current price (I think it's the former), but since they never have sales, it is probably the same. They do not deduct 20% and the give you store credit. SO you can buy somethign for $100, use 20% off, then return it, get back $100 and you are up $20. That is exactly why they are changing the policy.

As long as they're leaving exchanges on without receipt this it's completely fair.

When you return things to BBB, do you have to repackage it?
Or can I throw out the box from my stroller that I am saving in case I have to return it?

We always save the boxes. I think it makes the return easier or more elegot) legit...

Agreed. Who goes to BBB without at least 1 coupon? My last return there was without a receipt & I told them to deduct 20% bec I'm sure I used the coupon.
