7 siblings in Brooklyn were killed by a fire when the mother was screaming outside that her children were being burned R"L.

The same parsha 4 years ago the Fogel family in Itamar a father, mother and three of their children Hy"d were killed by Arab terrorists.

3 years ago same parsha in Rechovot, a father and his five children were killed while the mother was screaming outside to save her family.

Pay attention:
5771 5 were killed
5772 6 were killed
5775 7 were killed
-all in the same Parsha!

Where were they all from?

The most recent tragedy: they Sassons moved from Yerushalayim to Brooklyn

3 years ago the Sha'ar family were from Rechovot and

4 years ago the Fogel family from Itamar

The first letters of each of the places Yud, Reish and Alef. Which are all letters found in the word Vayikra - the Parsha that all these 18 holy neshamos were niftar. The only missing letters are Vav and Kuf which in Hebrew can be an acronym for all 6 directions (North South East West Up and Down - like we shake the lulav) Am Yisroel is receiving a message from Hashem to the world over that we must be (mischazek) strengthen ourselves and (do teshuva) repent!

maybe its just me, but I don't need to connect this to other tragedies and tie it in to the parsha to feel the need for teshuva.

I don't think people are that blind that they have to come onto this to get the wake up call. I think it's a pretty freaky vort and an interesting set of "coincidences". That's all.
