"From a girl in my class: Guys feel bad to ask this... But plz! Plz don't forward the recording of them singing!! My cousin who was very good friends with one of the girls told me that the mother and family aren't happy about all these posts going around.. And they have no privacy... Also she said that this recording they wanted private and for no one to see😁 they were told not to forward it.. Sorry for being the one to say this! But I sent it to family and cousin group chat and she told me to plz tell my friends not to forward it!😁😁😁
My friend sent that to a diff chat. So i dont think wer supposed ti semd anymore of these stuff around..."

If I'd meet him I'd ask him for a bracha. I'm dead serious. This man is a giant.

Just want to mention. I unfortunately know from personal experience that after tragedies people involved often talk big and they mean every word they say. But there's a huge difference between speaking about emunah and living with emunah 24/7. So his intentions are great ones but after the dust settles only a truly great great tzadik (the likes of which are extremely rare if they exist today at all) can live embodying emunah he speaks of.
PS-whoever hasn't been though real tragedy shouldn't jump on this because people that have know its true.

Interesting. He said himself in an interview, that he doesn't know if in a week - when the reality sinks in - if he'll have the strength.

Harsh words. I really hope nobody here has been through a tragedy like this guy, so who are we to judge.

Hashem should give him the strength and courage to go on.

+1 whether anyone here has had personal tragedies Chas veshalom or not, we all know that as a basic we should at least learn from them to be sympathetic to others and not use them as a means of talking callously about other peoples nisyonot or how they will deal with them

What's the point of this? Why even go there? Unless you're trying to demonstrate the halacha that you shouldn't pause someone too much bc there is always sunshine who will need to knock that person down??

Never heard the name Gilsom before.  What does it mean?

I know that. But learntorah originally had Gilah and changed it and they should know.
Maybe they added a name, I don't know.
