Looking to rent Storage Space in/around Lakewood

I am looking to rent/sub-lease storage space in or around Lakewood. Preferably located in a commercial area.
Looking for something between a one car garage size to a 2 car car garage size.
Would be great if anybody knows of a distressed warehouse looking to sub-lease some of their space.
Looking for something ASAP.
